how do I contact a real person at tropvibe.com?
We have real people working hard behind the scenes to ensure your experience with our store is positive and efficient. If you would like to contact us, please send us an email using our contact form on our contact uspage or via chat.
The tropvibe.com team are Gold Coast based. As an online retailer, we contact all customers via email for both questions and follow up.
Office Hours: 9am to 5pm AEST, Monday through Friday.
Support Hours: 24/7. We endeavour to reply to all enquiries within 24 hours.
do you have a physical store?
We do not have a physical store. We are an online only retailer based on the Gold Coast.
which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. At present, you can purchase any item on tropvibe.com using the following methods:

We DO NOT accept Paypal.
Tropvibe.comdoes not offer a collection or pick-up service and does not accept payment upon delivery. All of the available payment options will be made clear during the checkout process.

is my item in stock for immediate dispatch?
Tropvibe.com endeavours to ensure that accurate, up to date stock levels are reflected at all times within our online store. In the unlikely event that your order is not in stock, you will be notified within 24 hours of your order being received. In this scenario, you can elect to choose a replacement product(s) at equal or higher value, or alternatively, request a full cancellation of your order, including a full refund.
We offer Fast Delivery ANYWHERE in Australia and 24Hr Fast Dispatch on all our items so your product leaves our warehouse and arrives on your doorstep as quickly as possible.

We deliver to all mainland Australian postcodes. We do not offer shipping outside mainland Australia, or Internationally.
We DO NOT deliver to any PO Box.
For your order to be processed successfully, you must provide a residential mailing address. We request that you double-check your delivery details during checkout. We do not accept responsibility for shipping details that have been incorrectly provided.
where does my product come from?
All products sold by tropvibe.com are sourced from local wholesalers and distributors in Australia. In some instances, these distributors will be responsible for shipping the product to your nominated residential address directly to reduce shipping timelines.
Where tropvibe.com uses an international supplier for the delivery of a product, further notification and an extended timeline will be communicated in the product description in advance of purchase.
what happens once my order is placed?
Following the completion of your purchase, we will be in touch to confirm the order has been filled, and then that the order has been dispatched. we will provide tracking for your purchase - this is often provided 24-48 hours post-dispatch.
Changes to your order can only be made prior to dispatch. Once departed we are unable to amend the order.
when will I receive my purchase?
Subject to your location, we advise you will receive your order within 7 to 10 days - unless indicated otherwise. Our delivery timeframes are often far less than this, and can be from as little as 72 hours onwards from order.
Factors impacting your deluvery include the day of order, your location and proximity to capital cities, and the type of product ordered (weight etc).
If you are in a more regional area - please allow 1-2 days in addition.

what is the warranty period for your products?
All products sold by tropvibe.com come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty. For any warranty requests, please contact the tropvibe.com team and we are happy to assist.
