We generally ship an order within two days of receipt (if not sooner) and generally complete order delivery within 7-14days. 

PLEASE NOTE: as we use multiple fullfillment centres located across Australia and the US. Therefore multiple product orders may arrive individually / separately. We are unable to advise in advance where this is the case. 

Our general shipping terms are as follows:

1.    Standard shipping costs will be provided at checkout. Please enter delivery address for confirmation of shipping costs.

Terms for shipping:

1.    tropvibe.com will endeavour to represent its shipping terms as accurately and effectively as possible at all times.

2.    We ship globally from Australia or the US - subject to product selection and delivery requirement.   

3.    Shipping may include Australian Post or a variety of freight shipping companies – subject to location and product. We are unable to allocate or request a specific carrier for delivery during the purchase process or at all. Shipping is provided at the discretion of tropvibe.com.

7.    The delivery fee is non-refundable unless the goods fail to comply with the consumer guarantee provisions of Australian Consumer Law. 

9.    We will make every attempt to deliver goods within any estimated timeframe however please beware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, carrier issues or factors that are beyond our control. Unless such liability cannot be excluded by virtue of Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law, tropvibe.com will not be liable in any circumstances for any loss (including consequential loss) or damage to any person arising from the failure to supply as a result of:

a. you providing an incorrect delivery address; or

b. the goods being left at a delivery address that is unattended at the time of delivery where you have authorised delivery in such circumstances.

10.  tropvibe.com is not responsible for any loss or damage to goods in transit where operated by an independent carrier or person.
