tropvibe.com Return Policy:
We have a 14-day return policy – from the time of receipt of goods purchased via tropvibe.com. Our goal at all times is to rectify any genuine issue with products we have supplied in a prompt and supportive manner. In return, we request consideration and appropriate communication at all times toward our team – that always ensures the best outcome for all parties.
We will do our very best to remain communicative at all times and lead you through any prospective refund process. We are always contactable via webform or email.
The process for returns:
1. Please first contact us at via our webform with an outline of the product, the issue and your request. Please include your order number.
2. We will respond (usually within 24 hours) by return email – confirming receipt of your request and outlining the next steps.
3. Once verified by the tropvibe.com team – an approval will be issued to return the goods with additional instructions. This is not your refund approval which will be assessed at receipt of goods.
4. Once goods are received an assessment will be made and a communication provided in terms of the outcome.
Terms for returns:
1. Please note – we do not accept returns / refunds for change of mind.
2. We request that you inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the product is found to be damaged, defective or incorrect. Please use our web form in a timely manner.
3. To be eligible to return goods purchased from tropvibe.com, your item must be in the same condition as you have received it, unused and in its original packaging. Alternatively please provide photographic evidence of a manufacturer issue or product damaged in transit.
4. An assessment will be made by the tropvibe.com team for each return item as to its validity for return.
5. We are unable to accept a return on sale items, special orders, customised products or tropvibe.com gift cards.
6. We will accept an exchange in lieu of refund (once approved) if that is your preference. We will provide instructions on how to exchange your item/s for another product once a refund has been approved.
7. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser except in the case of faulty items, or products damaged in transit. Shipping fees and taxes are not refundable.
8. Items sent back to tropvibe.com without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
9. To complete the refund process after approval for return, we will inspect the goods once received. We will communicate whether the refund has been fully approved or not. Where approved for refund – you will be automatically be re-imburse using the original payment method. Timelines for complete return of your funds are subject to your bank or credit card provider.
